Abstract: The naming of urban subway stations is not just a name or a symbol, looking further ahead, it also contains deep cultural meanings in semantics, as well as Nanchang metro stations. In the perspective of its connotation, it includes semantic meaning as well as abundant cultural connotation. From the view of its features, at first, it has the beauty of rhythm and melody. Besides, it is not only harmonious in matching level and oblique tones, but also very concise. In addition, it shows its charm in humanity and nature as well as its rich history. Seeing from the vision demonstrated in the name of Nanchang subway station, the subway stations in Nanchang were named after its local cities as well as cities of other province in China. What’s more, it blends celebrities in the history and the contemporary lifestyle together, thus demonstrating its unique spirit. Indeed, as a city where the army flag was raised, Nanchang has witnessed the event that the Nationalist Party was resisted by the armed Communist Party in 1927, which opened up the glorious military history of the communist party of China. However, it is a pity that the red culture related to this event was not fully embodied in the name of the subway stations, which is extremely unworthy of Nanchang, the "hero city of the world", hence hoping that this regret can be remedied in the future.

Abstract: Gan Nuo folk culture has a long history, rich content and far-reaching influence. According to archaeological findings, this folk culture originates from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties or even earlier ancient times. It is a form of primitive folk customs integrating religion, folk customs and art as a mode of dialogue between human beings and gods. With the rapid development of social history, the innovation of people's concepts, the contents of Gan Nuo also has changed a lot, adding new elements of modern culture and developing towards the direction of popular, life-oriented and entertaining, and even to service in Gan Po the development of economy, trade and industry, to show its unique artistic charm. It is no exaggeration to say that the folk culture of Gan Nuo is not only an important part of the culture in Gan Po, but also the "living fossil" of China's primitive opera and dance. In the process of its development, a large number of dialects and vulgarisms reflecting Nuo customs have also sprang up with rich and colorful contents. These dialects and vulgarity have very distinct regional characteristics, either to present the sacrificial ceremony, or to present the nuo drama art, or to present the folk customs. Currently, we should not only tap and use this national intangible cultural heritage such as Gan Nuo efficiently, but also protect and develop them to inject new vitality into them in the course of promoting ethical progress in the new era.

Abstract: It provides important reference for the researchers of learning evaluation under the B-Learning. This paper takes the subject literature of learning evaluation under the B-Learning published in CNKI database from 2010 to 2020 as the research object, uses the literature analysis method and visual analysis method, combs the subject and key words of relevant domestic literature with the help of CiteSpace software, and evaluates the learning under the B-Learning in the past ten years The key nodes and clustering are analyzed. It is found that the research on this subject mainly focuses on three categories: evaluation tools, evaluation methods and applications; the research focuses on four aspects: evaluation methods, evaluation standards, evaluation models and evaluation tools; and the trend towards the strengthening of information-based evaluation tools. Based on the above analysis and conclusion, in the future, the following three points should be paid attention to in the study of learning evaluation under the B-Learning in China: making effective use of big data; strengthening the construction of the integrated intelligent learning evaluation system; building a standardized and easy to operate evaluation index system.

Abstract: As a special kind of modal adverbs in Chinese, rhetorical adverbs have been used since the pre-qin dynasty. They are frequently used in spoken and written languages, and have their unique features in both form and usage. The adverb “heku/hebi” has been studied by predecessors and has been very enlightening. However, it is a pity that the adverb has not been put on the three planes of semantics, grammar and pragmatics to analyze the similarities and differences between the adverb and the adverb, nor has it been combined with the theoretical discussion and practical application of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the research in this respect, not only has the theoretical significance, but also has the application value. The adverb "heku/hebi" has both commonness and individuality in its semantic, grammatical and pragmatic aspects. By analyzing and comparing their general commonalities and unique characteristics, and applying them to teaching Chinese as a foreign language, students can not only grasp their semantic features, grammatical features and pragmatic features, but also greatly improve their practical application ability.

Abstract: Since the new era, China's basic education has developed vigorously, which has provided a large number of talents for socialist construction and institutions of higher learning. However, it should also be clearly seen that there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in China's rural education, especially Chinese education, due to various reasons, which to some extent restrict the development of rural education. As is known to all, Chinese education is the foundation of education in other subjects. Only by improving the quality of Chinese education can the overall quality of education in rural schools be improved. In recent years, the main factors affecting the quality of Chinese education in rural schools are as follows: first, affected by the investment of funds, the teaching facilities in rural schools are very poor, and the teaching staff is also very weak; Second, due to information occlusion, teachers' educational concept is relatively backward, and their teaching language is dialectal; Third, some teachers do not grasp the curriculum standards in place, follow the old teaching plan, no sense of innovation. To fundamentally reverse this situation, we must increase the investment of educational funds, solve the problem of teachers' salary, take effective measures to improve their professional quality and teaching level, and urge them to renew their ideas and forge ahead. Abstract: This paper reviews the development of commercial real estate mortgage-backed securities. In addition, summarizes the relevant pricing formula of futures contracts and commercial real estate mortgage-backed securities. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward a new type of interest rate derivative futures, that is to say CMBS futures. In this paper, both the CIR model and the generalized method of moments are used to deduce the relevant pricing formula of the new financial derivatives, the CMBS futures. At the same time, the 261 real commercial mortgage backed security transaction data from May 3, 2015 to April 26, 2020 in the U.S. stock market are downloaded and used to test the derived pricing formula that derived above, and at last a specific CMBS futures contract is designed in order to provide reference for publishers when they are issuing the CMBS futures products. The research of this paper has certain practical significance for promoting the interest rate marketization, broadening the existing financing channels for investors, promoting the development of interest rate derivatives market and interest rate futures market. It also has certain theoretical significance for the development of financial derivatives and futures market, especially the development of interest rate derivatives and its futures products.
