Abstract: Feedback remains the mainstay in Assessment for learning. However, feedback stands effective most when given in time, and when is firmly knotted to standards regarding prospects and comprises exact proposals for how to upsurge future achievement and meet education goals. This research was undertaken to investigate the effect of effective feedback provision on learner’s mathematics achievement. The research was quasi-experimental and a pretest/posttest control group design was used. The sample constituted 80 form three learners which were clustered as control as well as experimental groups in the same way. The groups were both pre-tested. The group that was experimental was well taught and the feedback was given as required by Assessment for Learning (AFL) during treatment and the control group wasn’t given feedback throughout the treatment. The pretest before the intervention of the variable had a mean score of 25.7% while after the intervention of the effective feedback provision, the mean score was 56.4%. This shows an improvement a positive of 30.7%. The mean score for the controlled group was 24.4% for the pretest and 24.2% for the posttest which was a fall of 0.2%. In comparison to the experimental group, there was a greater improvement than a control group. A conclusion was reached that effective provision of feedback has a positive effect on learner achievement in mathematics.

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education aims to cultivate talents with basic entrepreneurial quality and pioneering personality. It is not only aimed at cultivating students' entrepreneurial awareness, spirit and ability, but also for the whole society. It is aimed at those entrepreneurial groups who intend to start their own businesses, have started businesses and have successfully started businesses, to cultivate innovative thinking and entrepreneurship in stages and levels ability training education. According to the author's practical experience in guiding the innovation and entrepreneurship education and various competitions for forestry major students in recent years, there are still many deficiencies in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of forestry students, including both the common problems of domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the unique problems of forestry discipline itself. Based on the investigation and analysis of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in forestry disciplines, combined with the characteristics of forestry disciplines, this paper explores and practices the mode that meets the needs of the cultivation of forestry students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, promotes the reform of personnel training mode, enhances the innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and innovation and entrepreneurial ability of students, and cultivates talents of forestry disciplines.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the use of WFR in teaching reading, the problems in using WFR in reading class and to identify students’ responses to the implementation of WFR. The results of the study is aimed to contribute to the teaching and learning process of reading. This research was conducted on second year nursing students of Universities Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur. The research sample consisted of 40 students of nursing. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and tests. After collecting data and analyzing it and describing the results of the research with classroom action research procedures, the authors describe the results of the research. WFR was conducted in four meetings. Appropriate in teaching reading and helping students improving or developing their reading skills. There are several obstacles faced by students in the teaching and learning process, namely most students have difficulty in composing sentences correctly, students have difficulty translating words from English into Indonesian and Indonesian into English, students do not understand the teaching materials, assignments, and students have difficulty finding the main idea of the text. During the teaching and learning process from the first meeting to the fourth meeting the students' responses were quite good. They look enthusiastic in every meeting. The results of hypothesis testing show that the t-observation is always greater than the t-table; at degrees of freedom N - 1 = 39 and a significance level of 0.05. That is, there is a significant difference between student achievement before and after the implementation of WFR. In conclusion, learning to read using WFR on nursing students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur produced good results. The WFR method is the right method to improve students' reading skills and help the teaching and learning process.

Abstract: Urbanization is a process in which the population is concentrated in cities and towns and thus promotes the development of cities and towns. The process of urbanization has brought about changes in rural social and economic structure, culture and values in China. These changes have a profound impact on the management status, development path, and inheritance form of wood carving. Traditional wood carving is mainly plane relief, which can be divided into thin relief, shallow relief, deep relief, high relief, multi-layer overlapping, double-sided hollow carving, sawn hollow carving, full ground carving, color wood inlaid carving, round wood relief, etc. From the farming era to the modern society, the business model of wood carving has changed from household system, factory system, and studio system. From the perspective of inheritance mechanism, the key elements of wood carving inheritance are cultural factors, industry background and family environment; the impact of urbanization on traditional wood carving is mainly reflected in the inheritance object, production mode, sales market, product attributes, and so on. Under the background of new urbanization, and innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper discusses the protection and inheritance of traditional wood carving technology, and at the same time, it should use its core value as local resources to shape and promote the sustainable development of rural society. This study also will provide important information for the innovation and entrepreneurship reform of related forestry majors.
