Abstract: In order to screen and verify the special rice varieties suitable for cultivation in Zunyi City, 12 special rice varieties were demonstrated in 2018 without duplication; The full fertility period is between 146-186d, with yellow glutinous rice and medicinal rice earlier, Chiang Mai black fragrant rice is the latest, 19d later than Sui Tun 502(CK), LP black wolfberry, Rouge No. 1, with mulberry purple, purple purple purple, etc.. Late maturity 8-13d; The height of the plant is between 74.5-158 .6 cm, the highest is LP black plant, the shortest is Huangnuo, and there are 6 species with plant height between 100-130cm; Comprehensive resistance evaluation of rice blast, Red Rice No. 8, Shang Zhonghong, Huang Hao, Rouge No. 1, Pharmaceutical Rice, Chiang Mai Black Xiangmi, Zixian Purple, and Zixian No. 3 are anti-( R), with mulberry, LP Black waxy is middle anti-( MR), Yutun 502, green fragrant rice for the sense(MS); Red rice No. 8, Shang Zhonghong, LP black wolfberry, Yutun 502, green fragrant rice 5 varieties have a degree of 9.7-66.5% upside down, with green fragrant rice upside down the most serious, red rice No. 8 upside down the lightest; The theoretical output of 12 varieties was 5173.34-12916.62 kg/hm2, and the take-home output was 3634.5-8362.2 kg/hm2. Abstract: Cellulose is the most abundant and renewable resource on the earth. Cellulose metabolism is an important component of the biosphere carbon cycle. With the increasing of energy consumption, environmental pollution and population, more attention was paid for the utilization of cellulose. As an important part of the development of energy, food and material, the degradation of cellulose and the research of cellulase showed to be significance. This paper describes the characteristics of cellulose degradation via cellulase and its research progress. The importance of cellulase for energy development, food engineering, environmental engineering, and the application in other fields were discussed.

Abstract: Microalgae, as a large amount of renewable resources, is an important potential raw material for biofuel production. Anaerobic digestion is one of the most energy-saving technologies for microalgae to be converted into biofuels. However, the special properties of microalgae cell walls will limit the hydrolysis stage of the anaerobic digestion process, resulting in low conversion efficiency and less than the theoretical value of biogas production. In order to increase biogas production, microalgae must be pretreated to break down their hard cell walls and accelerate cell dissolution to increase biogas production. The methods of breaking the cell wall of microalgae are physical, chemical and biological. Physical and chemical technology can improve the production of biogas to a certain extent, but high energy consumption, easy to cause environmental pollution, making it impossible to achieve industrial application. Biotechnology can not only improve the production of biogas, but also is an environment-friendly pretreatment process with many advantages, such as low energy consumption, high efficiency, no corrosion, less derivative products, etc. However, pure enzyme reagent is expensive and economic benefits are not feasible. At present, low temperature pretreatment can make full use of process waste heat to reduce energy consumption, and will not cause secondary pollution, which is the most economically and technically feasible method.
