Abstract: This article introduces the image acquisition method and characteristics of conventional and macro biological image. It also summarizes the characteristics, performance and effects of the image acquisition tools. Demonstrates a collection of different digital biological entity image acquisition techniques, including continuous focusing image capture examples of flying birds, grassland and flocks of sheep captured by progressional digital single-lens reflex cameras, wheat plants captured by standard lens, and birds captured by telescope lenses. For different biological entities, appropriate image acquisition tools should be selected to obtain clear, sharp, real and scientific images of biological entities with obvious biological characteristics.
