Health Benefits of Being Multilingual

Abstract

Some facts from different reliable scientific sources show that learning a new language can lead to some health benefits which can fight off aging of the brain and keep our brain young for a longer time, as well as delay the onset of dementia or ward off Alzheimer’s disease that may occur in future.
