Recruitment & Selection Process of a Leading Telecom Company

Abstract

This paper presents the detailed analysis of recruitment and selection of a leading telecom company. The process of selection consists of three stages which are recruitment, screening and selection. The research methodology uses data collection, sampling, and data analysis. The initial research has been done using Observation, Questionnaire, and Personal interaction. Further, newspapers clippings (Regular Articles on Current HR Trends in HT Power Jobs area of Hindustan Times) have also been used to conclude the results.
