The young generation is the builders and successors of our socialist cause, bearing the important task of realizing the great "Chinese dream". As an important position of the young generation education, colleges and universities not only undertake the teaching task of subject knowledge, but also the hotbed of Ideological and political education, both of which play an equally important role in the education system of moral education. Therefore, on the basis of constantly improving the educational function of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities, how to effectively use the broad platform of "the second classroom" to further promote ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is a new direction that every ideological and political worker in Colleges and universities is constantly exploring. Based on the "second classroom" in colleges and universities, this paper intends to explore the internal relationship between the second classroom and ideological and political education, as well as the possibility of combining the two, so as to create a new path for the integration of ideological and political education and the second classroom in colleges and universities.
