Abstract

Pelvic trauma is considered as a management challenge even in the best trauma centres in the world. A patient can bleed to death from injuries of this highly vascular territory. Objective of this review paper is to describe the classification of pelvic trauma and to summarize the current management process of this controversial and complex condition.
