Using the Resistance Definition Formula to Find the Static Resistance of a Special Capacitor

Abstract

Static resistance is an important state parameter of electronic components. In the course of electronic circuit engineering and teaching, it is necessary to calculate the static resistance of electronic components such as capacitors. However, the calculation of static resistance of some special-shaped electronic components and capacitors is generally used. The current density method is more troublesome. In this paper, based on the definition of resistance, combined with the concise relationship of series and parallel resistance, the static resistance of spherical crown capacitor, cylindrical crown capacitor and positive polygonal capacitor is calculated clearly and the corresponding quantitative expression is given. It also shows that the static resistance expression of the spherical capacitor is a special form of the static resistance expression of the spherical crown capacitor, and the static resistance expression of the cylindrical capacitor is a special form of the static resistance expression of the cylindrical crown capacitor; The relationship between positive polygonal capacitors and cylindrical capacitors.
