Research on the Development Path of Ride-hailing Platform Enterprises Represented by DiDi

Abstract

In recent years, Uber, DiDi appeared, as the main representatives of several car platform enterprises, their quickly financing and the momentum of rapid development, and its unique business model not only caused the traditional rental business and industry practitioners to panic, but also caused the other traditional corporations, government and the scientific community's attention and discussion.To promote sustainable development of the enterprise, in this paper,the author analyses the historical background and the development of technology, and conclude that the key factors of the rapid development include: the information technology support,the development and maturity of Chinese venture capital enterprises,loose government policy support and the enterprise itself innovation in business model.On this basis, this paper puts forward the development path and specific solutions of internet-based car-hailing platform enterprises with Pareto optimal efficiency as the core idea, and combines the knowledge of psychology, behavior and research, as well as relevant policy support Suggestions.
