For maximizing the logic control function in olefin plant, the maximum to avoid unnecessary risks, the research discusses the major dangerous goods in olefin plant as well as the position of safety instrument system in the plant protection, discusses the importance of the selection, application and safety instrument system of typical triple redundant Yu Jiegou. This paper discusses the integrity and design principle of safety instrument system, and makes sure that the safety instrument system plays a better role in the operation of the device in the later stage. Safety instrument system is an important guarantee to ensure the safe operation of chemical equipment. Aiming at the key of project construction, it is proposed to solve the availability and reliability of safety instrument system on the premise that the safety instrument system itself meets the safety requirements, so as to make the safety instrument system play a greater advantage in the operation of the device.
