Introduction
Psychological capital itself can be interpreted as psychological capital or a kind of attitude and behavior capital that plays a major role in determining success. The first important dimension is resilience. Or the ability to continue to extend efforts even when the person is faced with trials or failures. Or a kind of ability to continue to survive even when faced with pressure or challenges that keep coming in the way The second dimension that also plays an important role is self-efficacy. Or a kind of attitude of trust in one's abilities. A belief that when we are faced with assignments and challenges, we believe we can certainly complete the task. No matter how heavy and complex the tasks and jobs are. The third dimension is HOPE. That dimension does not merely refer to a positive hope for a better future. The final dimension is optimism. As discussed here, optimism is a kind of belief that we will definitely get positive results in every task and work we do. In this study we will discuss the influence of psychological capital on the future orientation of student work areas.
