About This Special Issue
When human beings enter the risk society, the emergency management is more and more complex because of the frequent and diverse emergencies, and many uncertain factors constantly highlight the fragility of the society. Disasters, accidents, public health events and social security have become important and difficult points in the process of human sustainable development. It is a compulsory course for us to analyze the mechanism of risk, crisis and accident and to improve the ability of emergency management. Therefore, this special issue seeks to carry out research for human beings to better respond to emergencies, and is committed to improving the ability of emergency management.
