About This Special Issue
Petroleum, which is a non-renewable and scarce resource, is very important to the development and security of the national economy. With the fast-growing demand, the reserve of the world's oil resources has become less and less. To exploit more crude oil in the development of the oil field, EOR technology has become more and more important. This special issue is to develop a new improved recovery technology that can ensure the stability of crude oil production and the normal operation of the national economy. Original research papers are solicited in any aspect of EOR technology.

Aims and Scope:

1. Profile control and water shutoff
2. Deep profile control for oil displacement
3. Polymer flooding or surfactant-polymer flooding or ASP flooding
4. Oilfield chemicals
5. Reservoir engineering
6. Acidification and fracturing
