About This Special Issue
Nowadays the technology focuses to make everything smart. If we consider the traffic congestion in urban areas has become crucial problem for town planners and government who are trying to offer good transport services to citizens by using the advancements in technology. Internet of things (IoT) technology has launched enough space for the technology to grow more in terms of smartness. With these advancements researchers can have research based upon the merging of multiple technologies such as wireless communications and IoT with machine learning. Smart cities can build on the bases of smarter practical approach in these fields. Researchers can also use their brains to combine the various machine learning algorithms to enhance the current technologies. As a part of smart cities signaling system also can be intelligent enough to server the society.
