About This Special Issue
Human resource of an organization plays a vital role in the profitability of an organization, therefore it is considered as a valuable asset of all the organizational resources. The skills, knowledge, expertise and experience cannot be replaced by machines. Many developing countries are facing the disparity between human resource in health and provision of health services and therefore it is considered a high priority on their agenda. The success of an organization relies on the contribution of its internal stakeholders which in turn is determined by individual characteristics. The motivation of an employee is difficult to measure and varies from individual to individual. If an employee is contended he can contribute enormously to an organization. Organizations therefore nowadays are meeting the employee’s expectations and providing an atmosphere where employees feel satisfied.
