Generally, gift plays important role in improving a society. In its wider scope, gift includes philanthropy, waqf, endowment, donation, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and donation (gift). All sort of gifts generate income and financial assistances to society. In the Western world, Harvard University had generated billion of dollars in the form of endowment for higher education worldwide whereas in the Islamic world, Al-Azhar University in Cairo had grown up and established waqf higher institutions significantly. Similarly, waqf had assisted many governments such as in Turkey, Egypt, Indonesia and other countries to set up school, mosque, universities and recreational places worldwide.
