Guidelines for Submission
Manuscripts can be submitted until the expiry of the deadline. Submissions must be previously unpublished and may not be under consideration elsewhere.
Papers should be formatted according to the guidelines for authors (see: http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/journal/guideforauthors?journalid=174). By submitting your manuscripts to the special issue, you are acknowledging that you accept the rules established for publication of manuscripts, including agreement to pay the Article Processing Charges for the manuscripts. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the online manuscript submission system at http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/login. All papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal and will be listed together on the special issue website.

Human capital takes place in literature as one of the main determinants of countries’ economical indicators. Productivity of human capital increases depending on rise of knowledge. It is also necessary to be prioritized innovation activities for sustainable growth. High- technology products are very important for economic growth and development. The active countries which are production leader of these products care about innovation activities overly.
Innovation is crucial variable about meeting the knowledge and experience accumulation necessity to get high- technology products. Countries which are powerful on human capital accumulation can create skilled labour and take part as societies which product technology-intensive goods. These countries are leader about getting high technology products thanks to new developed techniques which were cerated by themselves. At the same time concerned countries have enough stock and skilled labour to export these products to other countries around the globe.
The special issue aims to provide a comprehensive collection of original articles on the importance and effect of innovation activities on high technology products based on human capital.
