Introduction
This Ethical Challenges in the 21st Century issue focuses on actors, trends, phenomena as well as processes of businesses of the 21st Century from the point of view of business ethics. The issue involves papers on various aspects of business ethics, namely ethical HR, IT, customer and partner relations. The issue endeavors to present the whole spectrum of business ethics from various stakeholders’ perspective. The Issue also encompasses researches on sustainability and organizational safety and security as hot topics connected to ethical decision making. Since it is important to investigate, whether company size or national culture influences the perceived meaning of business ethics, a contingencialist viewpoint will be imposed upon present issue and its papers. The scope of papers expected is rather wide, however the aim and purpose is clear – namely to provide an ethical compass to decision makers of SMEs and bigger companies and guide those willing to make ethical decisions.

Aim and scopes:

1. Trends in SCR and business ethics
2. Ethical concerns in stakeholder relations
3. Ethical data and information management
4. Ethical (entrepreneurial) decisions
