Environmental chemistry is an important branch in chemistry area and focuses on the effects if human activity on environments. Also, environmental chemistry involves the investigation of chemical process that happen in air, soil, water and living environmental. Understanding the challenges, status and development of environmental chemistry technology and analyzing the obtained data will help human to improve and get better living environment. This is done through field and laboratory work by researcher.

The main aim of this special issue is to give a platform for the discussion of the major challenges, great achievements, and future developments of environment technology. Here, all the scientists such as material scientist, engineer and environment researcher from around the world are welcome to submit research papers in this field. This special issue provides opportunity for them to promote and share various new issues, and research findings in different areas of environmental chemistry.
