Introduction
Medicine is an ever-changing science and with the aid of technology surgeons are able to introduce new surgical techniques of the minimally access surgery. Continual innovations in the minimally access and minimally invasive surgery make it beneficial to treat our patients with a wide range of conditions.

Minimally invasive procedures may be performed through small incisions or by using specialized instrumentation via the laparoscope. The beneficial advantages of the minimally access surgeries are:
Smaller incisions
Less postoperative pain
Less time of hospital stays
Faster recovery and early return to work
