Guidelines for Submission
Manuscripts can be submitted until the expiry of the deadline. Submissions must be previously unpublished and may not be under consideration elsewhere.

By submitting your manuscripts to the special issue, you are acknowledging that you accept the rules established for publication of manuscripts, including agreement to pay the Article Processing Charges for the manuscripts. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the online manuscript submission system at http://www.sciencepublishinggroup.com/login. All papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal and will be listed together on the special issue website.

Introduction
Medicine is an ever-changing science and with the aid of technology surgeons are able to introduce new surgical techniques of the minimally access surgery. Continual innovations in the minimally access and minimally invasive surgery make it beneficial to treat our patients with a wide range of conditions.

Minimally invasive procedures may be performed through small incisions or by using specialized instrumentation via the laparoscope. The beneficial advantages of the minimally access surgeries are:
Smaller incisions
Less postoperative pain
Less time of hospital stays
Faster recovery and early return to work

Aims and scope:
This special issue aims to publish the peer-reviewed articles in the fields of laparoscopic, thoracoscopic surgery, laparoscopic urology and gastrointestinal endoscopy. Surgery with minimal approach such as smaller skin incision and mini laparotomies will be invited. The goal of this special issue is to provide a good chance for our colleagues and other surgeons all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments with the world regarding the scope of this issue. Topics may be related, but not limited to:
