About This Special Issue
From the decades, herbal medicinal products has evidenced a remarkable character in clinical application. Moreover, the development of biologically active phytopharmaceuticals have shown a therapeutic potential in treating moderate to severe diseases and have increased demand in both developed and developing nation. Comparative studies have categorized them to be equivalence to the chemotherapeutic potential without any severe adverse effect. Emergence of modern medicine era has shown an investigating profile of herbal products with established mode of action, therapeutic potential, quality control, analytical methods and validation. However, the herbal medicinal have always been in demand due to their extensive properties as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-ageing, anticancer, cardioprotective, Reno protective and many more application. Moreover, clinical studies have governed the safety and efficacious parameter along with the molecular biology in picture. But uncertainly there are some challenges which make it difficult in their way. There is no well-established documentation of the herbal products which make it unreliable for scientific validation. Prospective journal will help to improve the ethnopharmacological concept. This journal illustrates the major advantages of traditional medicinal approaches in synchronous to today’s evidence-based medicine. However, new advancement is based on new research and development which lacks sufficient data. To remove the barrier of evident knowledge in the treatment of diseases collaborative and trustworthy this special issue is here to unleash the wisdom.
Aims and Scope:
  1. To improve the scientific content available on Natural Medicinal Products
  2. To inculcate scientific temperament in the science fraternity regarding phytochemicals as drugs
  3. To create a platform to for researchers to collaborate and review their scientific work
  4. To provide a base where evidence-based research on medicinal natural products can be publish
  5. To justify and improve the data quality and integrity related to biomedical science
  6. To improve the overall scientific mindset of researchers, academicians, and industrialist
