About This Special Issue
Medicinal plants are used by 80% of the world population for their basic health needs. The relationship between human, plants and drugs derived from plants describe the history of mankind. Plants are the important source of natural drugs. The plants are assumed to contain compounds which have potential to be used in modern medicine for the treatment of diseases which are not curable.

Medicinal plants are a rich source of producing bioactive secondary metabolites which are used for the treatment of various diseases from the beginning of civilization. Various disease including cancer, pain, diabetic, lamina, infection disease and many other are global problem in this era. In this special issue we will make in efforts to explore the knowledge of medicinal plants to uses for treatment of for various diseases.
