Abstract

In the era of globalization with the rapid development of human society and economy, the strategic leadership of "The Belt and Road Initiatives" has gradually become an important ability for the global coordinated innovation and development. In terms of the development status of the change and innovation of the strategic leadership of “The Belt and Road Initiatives”, economic globalization is shifting from the development of countries with people at the core to the characteristic strategy of building a global community of human destiny, so as to realize the common evolution of all countries in the world., Fusion development, from the inside out, the dynamic development process of mutual progress. Based on the training and development of the strategic leadership of “The Belt and Road Initiatives”, this article analyzes the influence and promotion process of economic globalization, and explores the actual development of China through case studies and discussions, and proposes a combination of actual talents with international backgrounds. It has innovative development plans and leadership training programs, and analyzes the development characteristics of "The Belt and Road Initiatives" strategic leadership. Taking China as an example, developing countries need to advance with the times to promote the development of "The Belt and Road Initiatives" strategic leadership in order to promote the common innovation and progress of economic globalization.
