Abstract

Yoga and traditional Chinese sports have the same effect. With the advancement of the Healthy China strategy, more and more research is focused on yoga for health. This paper uses CiteSpaceV to conduct a visual analysis of 1496 articles in foreign literature and 2664 articles in domestic literature between 2010-2019, and analyzes the frontiers and hotspots at home and abroad by means of co-occurrence analysis and emergent analysis of keywords. The research shows that: 1. The exchange platform for Chinese and foreign yoga research journals is stable, and scholars are showing a trend of shifting to Germany; 2. Domestic and foreign yoga research has a demarcation point in 2016. Domestic research tends to localize Chinese yoga, and it has produced Tai Chi Yoga with yoga and Tai Chi to better meet the needs of mass fitness. Foreign yoga focuses on the integration of physical and medical education. The research content includes health promotion, chronic disease intervention, and physical and mental health, etc,and pays more attention to the hot and difficult issues of the docking society. It is recommended that domestic scholars strengthen cooperation with internationally renowned research institutions and foreign high-cited scholars to continuously promote the localization of yoga and make yoga play a better role in the construction of Healthy China.
