Abstract: Objective: To study the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of Sleep Wellcapsule. Methods: Rat oral acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity tests and 30-day feeding test were conducted to evaluate the safety of the capsule. Results: The maximum tolerance dose of acute toxicity test was more than 15 g/kg, indicated that the capsule was a non-toxic substance. The result of Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm deformity test was negative. The results of the 30-day feeding test in rats showed that there was no significant difference in body weight, food utilization, organ coefficients, blood routine and serum biochemical indexes between the dose group and the control group (P>0.05). Pathological changes were not shown in the main organs. Conclusion: The Sleep Wellcapsule is non - toxic, and has no genetic toxicity.

Abstract: At present, diabetes has become the most prevalent chronic non-communicable disease in China. Onions have physiological functions such as lowering blood glucose and blood lipids, and form black Onions after fermentation. The effect of black onion juice and onion juice on the physiological function of hypoglycemic effect was studied in this experiment. The experiment used fresh onion to ferment with constant temperature and humidity, so as to make black onion, the modeling method of mice hyperglycemia model was constructed by alloxan, and the mice were intragastric administration for four consecutive weeks. The results showed that both black onion juice and onion juice could reduce the hyperglycemia of mice induced by Alloxan, and had the effect of lowering blood sugar. Meanwhile, the black onion juice has better hypoglycemic effect than onion juice.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study the effect of adding horseradish leaf flour to flour on the quality of compound flour. The experiment method used Jinan and Xinjiang flour as raw materials to study the effect of adding 2% horseradish leaf flour on flour quality. The results showed that the water content of WF decreased more than 2%, the ash content of the WF increased 0.23% ~ 0.24%. The wet gluten content and crude protein content of different flour varieties were significantly different (p < 0.05). The regularity of the influence of the addition of spicy wood leaf powder on the falling value of flour is not too obvious. The variable is higher or lower when different flour is added with spicy wood leaf powder. The insoluble dietary fiber of WF increased 0.40% ~ 1.05%, but the soluble dietary fiber reduced 0.22% ~ 1.23%. The changes of total dietary fiber content in flour with horseradish leaf flour were almost irregular. Peak, trough, final viscosity, and pasting temperature decreased 400 cP~600cP, 558cP~717 cP, 763cP~876cP, 159cP~205 cP, 0.18°C ~0.33°C, respectively. Farinograph water absorption of the WF increased 0.06%. The parameters of Tensiling properties of wheat flour dough increased except the energy of extension, whereas extensibility decreased.

Abstract: According to the problem that smoked ovens directly discharge the hot waste gas, and the research about heat recovery and energy saving device is still a blank, the paper suggests out the assumption about heat recovery and energy saving for smoked ovens, and discusses the basic requirements for energy-saving device. Taking a conventional type of smoked oven as an example, considering the factors such as the position and size range of energy-saving devices on the smoked oven, the structural model of recycling parts in the form of tubular heat transfer is given.And based on CFD platform tubular heat exchanger structure model for the simulation calculation, the heat transfer temperature field and the internal flow field structure. Analysis of tubular heat exchanger structure model of the distribution of internal flow field, the temperature and heat transfer in a heat exchanger structure model import and export structure in the calculation of thermal efficiency. The results show that the proposed tubular heat transfer structure model can reach the waste heat recovery rate of more than 18%.
