Abstract: Some Yi girls in remote mountainous areas are losing schooling opportunities. For some reason, many families are so poor that the girls had to quit their schooling to help their parents raise the livestock and have an early arranged marriage. The patriarchal social environment has undermined the Yi girls’ rights to school education. The research focuses on how the Yi girls were marginalized by the patriarchy that dominated the Yi girls’ fate. It will benefit from setting an appropriate report agenda for them and creating a proper media environment to gain equal rights to receive an education. There is a long way to mobilize families, ethnic groups, and communities to fully value the Yi girls’ right to have quality education. A sound environment will benefit more Yi girls and raise awareness of women’s rights. The media’s mission is to defend the education rights of the Yi girls to help them fulfill their potential in their youth and future. The educational inequalities research would benefit from engaging with sociological concerns, theories, and concepts such as gender and socioeconomic class. How media influences the public opinion of the girls’ right to school could contribute to a more nuanced understanding of the rationale of the educational inequalities.

Abstract: The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on cloud computing applications in developing reflective practices and self-efficacy among mathematics teachers. As a teacher, they applied the experimental program and the study tools represented in the cognitive achievement test related to reflective teaching skills, the note card for the performance aspects of practicing reflective teaching skills, and the self-efficacy scale. The results of the research revealed the effectiveness of the program in what it aimed at. Where a statistically significant difference was found at the level (α ≤ 0.01) between the mean scores of the research sample who studied the program in the pre and post applications of the achievement test and the observation card for reflective teaching skills, and the self-efficacy scale in favour of the post application, and the research recommended the need to adopt reflective teaching, tools and strategies In preparing and developing programs for preparing mathematics teachers before and during the service, in addition to increasing the number of training hours in educational preparation, it is necessary to generalize the training program based on cloud computing applications, and study its effectiveness in developing the knowledge and skill aspects of teachers.

Abstract: Uganda reported its first case of COVID-19 on 21st March 2020. As the COVID-19 pandemic escalated, education institutions across the globe made the difficult decision to close all institutions forcing an abrupt shift into online teaching. Several institutions in Uganda undertook online teaching without accreditation from National Council for Higher Education. This study, therefore, assessed the preparedness of the teachers and leaders of Higher Education institutions in Uganda in managing, handling, and implementing emergency Open Delivery e-Learning (ODeL) during the COVID-19 pandemic. An online cross-sectional survey was conducted in 12 institutions of higher learning. Fifty-nine (59) teaching and administrative staff participated in this study. A self-report questionnaire was used for data collection and descriptive statistics were used to analyze both numerical and categorical data. Percentages were used to summarize the data. Forty-seven percent (47%) of the 59 participants had been formally trained in pedagogical online teaching although almost 50% of these lacked the basic infrastructure for online teaching. The teaching staff indicated the difficulty to deliver a regular curriculum using online teaching methods. The study noted that there was resistance from students to study online which was shown through a drop in the number of students that attended online classes. Participants further mentioned that there was a decline in students’ performance during the period of online studying. The study makes several recommendations that include; The need for government to come up with a policy on e-learning as a mode of teaching, compulsory pedagogical training in online teaching which should be integrated into the curriculum reviews, and deliberate removal of taxes on education technology such as computers, smartphones and providing free internet to learners and teachers. While the emergency period has slowly passed on, institutions of higher learning in Uganda suffered heavily from the consequences of COVID-19 in managing the emergency teaching process. The study concludes that regardless of the challenges and the unpreparedness of the Institutions of higher learning in Uganda, there was an achievement in managing the emergency period that saw many institutions swiftly invest in technology and staff training for online teaching.

Abstract: The major essence of education is for information and training which will help in rehabilitation of an individual and the community at large. In our country, Nigeria education is recognized as a major instrument for effective national development, this is evident leading to the number of universities in the country. The crista importance of education is that it’s crucial for social, economic and political development. It is unfortunate that this aim has not been achieved in Nigeria because her curriculum is shabbily organized and as such lack practical nature which makes education more formidable and substantial. The universities in Nigeria are seen globally as producing liabilities instead of assets. Every year, over 32,000 youths graduate from Nigeria universities without any plan to better the country’s economy. This is the problem created by the university system due to the fact that the curriculum could not capture the need of the country, rather, the need of the school aiming towards generation of income through school fees payment. If the curriculum is restructured to give more room for practical than theory, the Nigeria economy would have been superb. This article identified and advocates a pragmatic curriculum in Nigeria University Education. The researcher recommends pragmatism as a true solution for educational meltdown in Nigeria. These goals of education can be fully attained if and only if pragmatic approach is adopted in Universities education curriculum in Nigeria.

Abstract: The United States is the first country to offer innovation and entrepreneurship education courses and one of the most developed countries in the world. After nearly a century of development, it has formed a complete innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem constructed by the government, schools and society from aspects of curriculum system, service support, incentive mechanism and financial support. The innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities starts late and has a short development time. Although it has made obvious progress, compared with the national innovation and entrepreneurship strategic needs, it should accelerate the pace of deepening reform, transformation and upgrading. This paper focuses on the analysis of the structure of the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in U.S. universities, draws on the advanced experience, and takes solving the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities as the starting point. It explores how to form the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in Chinese universities and promote the connotative development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China from the five dimensions of curriculum system, teaching staff, institutional system, financial guarantee and time and space. Chinese universities should overcome the concept deviation, realize the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship embedded in specific disciplines to build ' embedded ' innovation and entrepreneurship education mode. In the construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education, we should absorb more people with successful entrepreneurial experience, academic background and social resources to engage in part-time teaching. State and local governments should work together to promote the formation of a series of guiding, supportive, subsidizing and preferential policies. The funding sources and guarantee of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities are not only relies on school itself, but also the three major education implementation subjects. In terms of extracurricular platforms, it is necessary to actively build practice cooperation bases and college students’ Maker Space in universities, and further cooperate with the local government’ s innovation and entrepreneurship industrial park, build off-campus practice platforms. Finally, based on the research results, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions for the construction and further development of innovation and entrepreneurial education ecosystem in China.

Abstract: Education is something more than learning chapters or topics; education is associated with the overall development of one’s life. To make this statement a reality the student mentoring system is introduced in the colleges which are popularly known as education mentoring. This system is implemented to help the students to cope up with the problems and challenges faced in this real world. Research regarding mentoring increased rapidly during the last twenty years and described qualities of mentors, relationship, importance etc. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of mentoring on undergraduate student’s life in different aspects such as in understanding roles and duties as student towards organization and his studies, understanding culture of organization which will them to adapt the environment, building new skills which are required to be future ready, solving difficult issues of academics as well as of personal life, identifying their strength and weaknesses to make plan for future. For this research 120 students were surveyed from different colleges of Jabalpur of different streams. For collection of data questioner was distributed among 150 students out of which 120 responses were received. The result shows that mentoring has positive impact on undergraduates. This paper will look at the impact of mentoring on undergraduates; problems faced in the process and present some concrete suggestions to remove barriers in the process. Teachers and mentors can point out all new approaches and ways for mentoring.

Abstract: The normalization of the epidemic has accelerated the digitization process of human society, and the education sector has actively deployed new infrastructure for education. During the epidemic, major schools responded to the call “suspending classes without suspending learning”, and have started the online teaching mode. While online education provides students with rich learning resources, it also gradually exposes many problems, such as the blocking of social interaction and emotional communication between teachers and students, and students sometimes feel lonely or even tired of learning, which affects students’ learning satisfaction and learning effect. How to use advanced information technology to further improve online learners’ learning satisfaction and learning effect has attracted more and more attention from researchers. With the maturity of metaverse-related technologies, the educational metaverse came into being. The educational metaverse, also known as the learning metaverse, can be simply understood as the aggregation of cloud education, that is, the application of the metaverse in the field of education. The educational metaverse is regarded as the next generation of new education mode, which will open the prelude to a new era of education. Based on the theme of educational metaverse, this paper combs and analyzes the relevant literature on the educational metaverse, and divides the educational metaverse into three aspects, namely, related technology, education and teaching, and library exhibition. It discusses the origin and connotation, relevant theoretical basis, formation process and development process, and understands the research status of the educational metaverse. Based on the above, this paper summarizes the existing educational metaverse literature, and draws the following conclusions: (1) The research on the educational metaverse is still in its infancy, mainly focusing on three aspects: related technology, education and teaching, and library; (2) The educational metaverse is called an epoch-making new education mode, which helps to meet the needs of lifelong education and personalized education, thus providing a powerful boost to the construction of a learning society. (3) Future research will pay more attention to research at a more macro and micro level. At the same time, this paper also puts forward the problems and challenges that China's educational metaverse may face, namely, data security and privacy protection, social ethics and morality, addiction and information literacy.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to assess how teachers from selected primary schools in the Vosloorus township, implement Environmental Education. The study was conducted to improve the implementation of EE to combat environmental problems, and was therefore applied in the Vosloorus township where the study was conducted. Data were collected by means of face-to-face interviews, focus group interviews, and observation. Three primary schools in Vosloorus were sampled. One experienced teacher who specialises in Social and Natural Sciences was selected purposively from each school, along with a group of six to eight learners. In the process of analysing the data, predefined themes and categories that emerged from the content analysis, were used. The findings emerging from the study indicated that the methods most frequently employed in teaching the content of Environmental Education, were lecturing and question-and-answer. Due to the demanding curriculum, teachers were unable to mitigate environmental problems outside of the classroom; they had divergent perceptions and understandings of the concept of EE; they met with their learners’ parents once a year to discuss environmental problems and some even conducted annual clean-up campaigns; and most teachers attended workshops related to those Environmental Education components which are incorporated in the Natural and Social sciences.

Abstract: The impact of the epidemic outbreak on normal education and subject teaching in primary and secondary schools is evident, especially during the serious epidemic period when schools are delayed or early holidays are held. But "stop school non-stop learning", the primary and secondary school students at home to learn and communicate through the online platform. This is not only an innovative attempt of subject teaching, but also a good opportunity for students' moral growth. Schools should make use of the conditions for students to live at home to fight the epidemic, adopt appropriate moral education strategies, refine the contents of moral education, educate students about parent-child relationship, patriotism and natural life. The parent-child relationship education is the family education under the epidemic situation and the best opportunity for personal emotional communication. Heroism education, patriotism education and socialism education are the inevitable requirements of anti epidemic spirit education, and natural life education is the lesson and enlightenment left by the epidemic. Abstract: To studies the current situation of medical undergraduates’ scientific research training quality training, and provides reference for the development of medical personnel training. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 509 medical undergraduates in a local medical university in China, and Logistic regression model was used to explore the situation of medical undergraduates' scientific research training and the factors influencing their satisfaction with scientific research training from the perspective of sense of gain. It was found that 87.82% of the subjects were interested in scientific research training; 75.44% of the subjects had participated in scientific research training at least once; 84.64% of the medical undergraduates were satisfied with the tutors' guidance; The satisfaction of the subjects to the school hardware, scientific research and training resources and academic atmosphere accounted for 77.87%, 71.1% and 75% respectively; 60.93% of the subjects thought that the current medical undergraduate students' sense of scientific research training gained more. It is suggested that the opportunities for medical undergraduates to participate in scientific research training should be increased in multiple ways, the integrity of scientific research training and guidance of ideas should be strengthened. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the investment in scientific research training facilities, equipment and resources, and the scientific research training of medical undergraduates who are not clinical majors should be emphasized.

Abstract: Mother’s educative proficiency is critical to family education in the new epoch, and the key to the healthy growth of children, and the prosperous development of the nation. In recent years, Chinese scholars are discussing and representing on the connotation and structure, status quo, influencing factors, countermeasures among other factors of mother’s educative proficiency. This article attempts to present and analyze the Chinese research on mother’s educative proficiency and propose a prospect, to inspire future studies and practice on mother’s educative proficiency. Chinese studies on preschool children mother’s proficiency are under further exploration and development. Such studies reinforce people’s recognition of the values and meanings of mother’s educative proficiency, display the status quo and existing problems of mother’s educative proficiency, analyze the factors influencing mother’s educative proficiency, and provide some solutions. On one hand, these studies help enhance social and academic attention on mother’s proficiency, and thus further promote the research on mother’s educative proficiency. On the other hand, some outcomes also inspire the research on related subjects. Regional exploration of “mother’s educative proficiency”, such as urban-rural difference, foreign-domestic comparison, may further unveil the forming mechanism and influencing factors behind Chinese “mother’s educative proficiency”, while adopting international excellent ideas and methods may provide more possibilities in further improving Chinese “mother’s educative proficiency”.

Abstract: The goal of this research was to assess the aggression reduction strategies used in senior high schools in Ghana's Ashanti Region's Afigya Kwabre District. The study employed a correlational design. The study's population consisted of all students from the three (3) senior high schools in the Afigya Kwabre District of Ghana's Ashanti Region. The study's 120 students were chosen using a stratified sampling method. A questionnaire was used to obtain data for the study. The reliability coefficient was 0.75. The data for the study was analyzed using frequencies, percentages, Pearson correlation, and the independent samples t-test. The findings revealed that aggressive behaviour reduction strategies were implemented in schools. When students engaged in aggressive behaviour, teachers caned them. There was no significant relationship between student hostility and academic achievement. The study however, discovered a significant gender difference in student aggression. It was suggested that school administration and other stakeholders encourage teachers to maintain aggressive reduction strategies in schools. The Ghana Education Service should increase the number of housemasters and housemistresses per boarding house in boarding schools, and the government, through the ministry, should provide additional accommodation facilities for many teachers to stay on campus in order to improve monitoring of students across the country.
