Abstract: Science is theories divided into many branches. Philosophy is the whole theory without branches, it is the most abstract theory. The main function of philosophy is to provide people with a holistic world view, a rational belief, the ultimate standard of value and the ultimate standard of truth. The world view provided by philosophical ontology is the world view of the whole, which embraces all valuable but maybe not objective and real things. The physical world view is one part of the metaphysical world view. The objective world includes material and Tao. Tao includes relations and laws. The subjective world includes Xin, Xing, Qing, Yi and thought products. Xin means the thought. Xing refers to the human nature, needs and interests. Qing includes emotion, feeling and vision. Yi means people’s attitude, will, perseverance and decision-making. Thought products include knowledge, hypotheses, myths, lies, arts, religion, prejudice, and so on. The subjective world is part of the objective world. And the objective world we think and say is part of the subjective world. It is the objective world 2, not the objective world 1. In fact, what we call the objective world 1 is also what we think and what we say, and also a part of the subjective world. The objective world and the subjective world are the dialectical unity of layer upon layer nesting and infinite circulation. The abstract way of understanding is the colored glasses that we have to wear. Abstraction inevitably brings contradiction.

Abstract: The field of academic history of the study of Islam and Muslims in China consists of Anglo-American, that is, English literature; Japanese literature, European literature, mostly French, Russian, and German; and Chinese literature, divided by geographical and linguistic boundaries, in which Author has published own works in English, Chinese and Japanese (History of Islamic Studies in Japan―Volume on China, Islam in China: A History of European and American Scholarship, History of Islamic Studies in China.) The author calls these three books the trilogy of the academic history of Islamic Studies in China. In this Trilogy, Author explores the development of different regions and countries academic history of Chinese Islamic studies, which has gone through a bumpy and tortuous historical process. Each stage has its own unique characteristics in terms of social ideological background, ways of representation and research findings. This paper sheds light on the understanding of the development process of academic research and the characteristics of various periods of the field of academic history of the study of Islam and Muslims in China. It also provides some reference for the history of the development of Sino-foreign relations, the history of cultural exchanges, and other related topics. Especially the international trend shows the importance of this research field.

Abstract: To integrate Marxism and Confucianism, to establish and develop Marxist Confucianism, is the main trend of the sustainable development of Chinese ideology and culture. Confucianism should learn from Marxism, strengthen its scientificity and contemporaneity, and Marxism should also learn from Confucianism to enhance its influence on the working people in the daily life. Marxism and Confucianism have a lot of similarities and complement each other in ideology, such as demonstrating that people can become ideal people, which have become the internal foundation of the establishment of Marxist Confucianism. In the process of Sinicization of Marxism, Confucianism has attracted the attention of some Marxist scholars. Today, we should follow the path of our predecessors and continue to move forward. Marxist Confucianism is socialist Confucianism. It is not only the Confucianism based on the small production in ancient China, but also the Confucianism under the condition of socialized large-scale production in the 20th and 21st century; It is Chinese Confucianism and has worldwide influence; It is an academic achievement developed further under the banner of democracy and Science in the May 4th movement of China, so it is a democratic Confucianism as well as a scientific Confucianism; Like ancient China, it is the Confucianism of intellectuals, and like Marxists, it is the Confucianism of the working masses. Abstract: Theoretically, critical thinking has a close connection with logic science. It is only a matter of opinion whether critical thinking should be used to direct the science of logic or it should be based on logic science. Many scholars, including educators, psychologists, and philosophers have joined in the discussion on critical thinking. There are two main viewpoints on the Basis of Critical Thinking. As a foundation course based on science, the science of logic curriculum is well-developed and mature. The science of logic can be subdivided into formal logic and informal logic. One of them believes that critical thinking has nothing to do with logic science, while the other argues that critical thinking is interrelated with both branches of formal and informal logic, but it is different from both of them. What’s more, it holds that formal logic and informal logic together constitute the logical basis of critical thinking. In addition, as a form of thinking, critical thinking and innovative thinking are closely related to logical thinking and contain logical thinking. Therefore, innovative thinking is the purpose of critical thinking, and logic is the theoretical basis of critical thinking. The cultivation of critical thinking and innovative thinking is conducive to the cultivation of College Students' innovative quality and spirit, and to the improvement of the cultivation quality of innovative talents.

Abstract: Journalism is a profession charge with the responsibility of information dissemination. It also functions as the link between the government and the governed particularly in a democracy. The performance of these functions has been greatly enhanced across the globe by the advancement in information and communication particularly that of digitalization, convergence of computers, and telephony technologies. Unfortunately, these narrowed the wide gap that hitherto existed between citizen journalism and conventional journalism and consequently raised the bar of the moral responsibility that the profession owed the general public in a democracy. The practice of journalism generate problems such as; access to information, truth, censorship, corporate, national and public interests. All these undermined the ethics of responsibility on the part of the government and journalism profession. The article, therefore, attempts a critical look at journalistic practice with emphasis on the use of internet to produce, disseminate and receive information in a digital media environment like Nigeria. It argued that the transition from analogue to digital would better enhance access and dissemination of quality and comprehensive information if the ethics of responsibility is subscribed to by the journalists and the political leaders. The article is philosophical and it adopts the philosophical methods of critical analysis and prescriptivism.

Abstract: Deep awareness of government mass mobilization is necessary to work. On September 21, 2000, the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 18/2000 / CT-TTg on "Strengthening mass mobilization work". In this study, the author aims to explore the theories as well as practical issues about mass mobilization of districts in Ho Chi Minh City. The author proposes two hypotheses: First, the mobilization work of district authorities is the activities of institutions, cadres, and civil servants in the district government system to implement the policy, resolutions, and directives of the Party, laws of the State on mobilization work. Propagating, mobilizing, and organizing all the people in the district, related institutions, and forces to form a great force and power of the entire people to successfully implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State. Second, the issues arise in the mobilization of the authorities of the districts in Ho Chi Minh City today. The author has used research methods including analysis and synthesis, interpretation and induction, abstraction and generalization, logic, history, comparison to come to conclusions about theoretical and practical issues of mass mobilization of the districts in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the Rational Basis of Revelation in Rosenzweig’s Star of Redemption

Abstract: The present study focuses on ‘revelation,’ one of the three constitutive concepts, and possibly the most central such concept, in Rosenzweig’s philosophy. As opposed to its ostensibly religious meaning, the article offers a view of the rational element enfolded within this concept in Rosenzweig’s Star of Redemption. By employing a textual exegesis based on a close reading of Rosenzweig’s language, the article seeks to show that Rosenzweig’s conception of revelation does not refer to an intuitive, Kabbalistic-mystical or esoteric concept. As a central pillar of Rosenzweig’s star-shaped method, revelation is the mediator between God’s love of people to a person’s love of others – which, in turn, is the basis for global redemption. The exposure of the rational-intellectual aspect of revelation thus advances the desired objective of Rosenzweig’s method, and accords with Rosenzweig’s own words when he suggested that neither does it make the claim to be a philosophy of religion – how could it do that when the word ‘religion’ does not occur in it at all! Rather, it is merely a system of philosophy. The study seeks to explore the dialectical thicket of descriptions and arguments in The Star of Redemption in order to expose the logical kernel of Rosenzweig’s philosophical method. Indeed, a close reading which isolates the mechanical concepts of Rosenzweig’s thought reveals The Star of Redemption’s philosophical motivation when Rosenzweig denudes the text from the complex of religious concepts that are the proverbial flesh that surrounds the proverbial bones of the system Rosenzweig attacks. Insofar as The Star of Redemption is concerned, we are not dealing with systematicism in the sense of a rigid consistency of rationality as a concept, but rather with a methodical outline where Rosenzweig describes religion’s sociological ‘skeleton’ and weaves his method around it using such concepts as “orientation” = “revelation” = “sharing” = “redemption.” Furthermore, the affinity between God and human passes through the affinity between one human and another. It therefore follows that the ‘warm welcome’ of revelation, is not a mystical experience, but rather a person’s conscious, rational, and reflexive orientation in her or his human environment.
