The proposal of New Liberal Arts aims to address the social development and economic transformation needs of the 21st century. Through an interdisciplinary education system, it promotes the integration of liberal arts and sciences, cultivating interdisciplinary talents with innovative capabilities and comprehensive qualities. For the finance major, this means that in addition to traditional professional knowledge, it is also necessary to master interdisciplinary knowledge such as data analysis and information technology to meet the demands of emerging fields like financial technology. In this context, this study delves into the challenges and difficulties in cultivating interdisciplinary talents in finance and proposes a four-dimensional training system for such talents. It emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, project innovation, and university-enterprise collaboration, with the goal of cultivating innovative and comprehensive talents capable of adapting to future challenges.
