Under the dual impetus of deepening the "Grand Ideological and Political Course" concept and the strategic transformation of educational digitalization, enhancing the educational effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in higher education has become a key focus of current ideological and political education reform. This paper focuses on core ideological and political courses such as the "Outline of Modern Chinese History" in universities, exploring systematic innovations in curriculum integration and teaching formats supported by digital intelligence technologies. The research adheres to Marxist materialist historiography as its theoretical foundation, revolves around the fundamental mission of "cultivating virtue and nurturing talents" in ideological and political courses, and promotes a deep transformation of course objectives from "knowledge transmission" to "value shaping." By constructing a cross-curricular ideological knowledge map, it organically integrates historical contexts with ethical theories, connects educational logic from history to reality and from classroom to society, and reshapes the content structure and cognitive pathways of ideological and political education. At the teaching practice level, immersive learning scenarios are built through AI intelligent agents, embedding moral issues into historical contexts to provide solid historical basis and situational support for value guidance. Meanwhile, an intelligent learning assessment system is established to dynamically track students 'cognitive processes and value recognition, effectively addressing practical challenges such as insufficient interaction and monotonous evaluation in traditional ideological and political courses. Research findings indicate that this integrated model combining "digital intelligence empowerment + value leadership" helps deepen students' historical recognition and moral consciousness regarding the "Four Choices," providing a replicable practical paradigm for enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of ideological and political courses in universities in the new era.
