Abstract

As a unique provider of public health services, China’s maternal and child health institutions play a crucial role in safeguarding women’s and children’s health. This paper takes maternal and child health services as a starting point to delve into the current state and existing problems of China's public health service delivery management system. Through a systematic review of domestic and international research, this paper focuses on analyzing key aspects such as the coordination of service entities, shared service mechanisms, service quality evaluation, and service supervision intensity. The aim is to provide theoretical foundations and practical references for improving the vertical management system of public health services in China's tertiary medical institutions and to promote the overall enhancement of China's public health service level.
