Abstract: The paper discusses the prerequisites that form the basis for the formation of a way of knowing the world. The author notes that the way of knowing the world is an important condition for the safe existence of a person in the world around them. Despite the fact that the mechanisms of its creation involve the biological programme of a person, which is universal for the entire human species, the way of knowing is unique in each culture. It is this method that makes a culture authentic. Born at the stage of a culture's inception, it is the guiding vector around which culture develops, social relations are built, and relations with the surrounding world are established. In fact, the way of knowing the world is the foundation that shapes the image of reality in the mental reality of each member of a cultural community. The cultural community and the world around it develop only within this image of reality. The way of knowing the world is formed simultaneously with the core of culture and is identified with the peculiarities of thinking. It is formed under the influence of various determinants, the main ones being neurophysiological, neurocognitive, biopsychic and social. The author concludes that all determinants influencing the formation of the way of knowing the world and, accordingly, the core of culture, are potentially consistent with and determined by the work of the human biological programme. Through the way of knowing the world, the world surrounding a person is reflected in their psyche as ideal and objective. Due to the action of neurobiological mechanisms involved in the formation of the way we perceive the world, it can help a person improve the quality of their natural adaptive abilities to the surrounding world, which ensures effective cognitive activity. Cognitive activity is presented as the interconnection between the sensory and the abstract-logical in an ideal reflection of the world. These interconnections vary in each culture, as they are formed on the basis of the way of knowing the world.

Abstract: This study examines how educational debt burden influences homeownership and family formation outcomes among college graduates, with particular attention to differences between liberal arts and other disciplines. Drawing on data from the College and Beyond II dataset, which tracks long-term outcomes of higher education, the analysis examines how varying levels of student debt burden and debt-to-income ratios affect the likelihood of homeownership, marriage, and having children. Using logistic regression models with a sample of 1,673 college graduates, the findings show that student loan debt significantly reduces the probability of homeownership across all graduates, with even low debt burden associated with approximately 50% lower odds compared to those without loans. The relationship between debt and family formation outcomes is more complex, with low debt burden showing significant negative associations with marriage but high debt burden having inconsistent effects. Liberal arts graduates face additional challenges, showing lower overall rates of homeownership and marriage compared to professional program graduates, though they demonstrate greater resilience to the negative effects of moderate debt burden on marriage decisions. The results highlight how financial constraints early in adulthood can have lasting consequences for major life transitions. These findings reveal that student loan debt operates as a mechanism of social stratification with differential impacts across academic disciplines and racial groups, carrying immediate implications for educational financing policy and institutional support strategies.

Abstract: One of the most fundamental or the basic aspects of any dynamic and harmonious society is its vibrant “Higher Education System”. The Higher education sector is profoundly influenced by policy of liberalization. The national aspiration to establish “Knowledge Society” in the context of increasing globalization is based on the assumption that higher and technical education essentially empowers people with the requisite competitive skills and knowledge. Shaped by universal ideas on what works most effectively in the pursuit of excellence, the components of structured opportunity markets act as a powerful model that is gradually emerging. What is emerging is more a consumer-driven approach to enrollment management and capital gains of higher education investments. While intensive and rigorous efforts are underway to build well improved and productive higher education system, the policy mission cannot afford the inclusive character to lose sight of. The higher education, being a powerful tool to build knowledge-based society and a critical input underlying sustainable development, investment and policy efforts towards tertiary education and enrolment will go a long way in achieving extraordinary “Human Development Index”. “It is the primary responsibility of the State to provide the eligible with good quality higher education at a reasonable cost. There shall be no withdrawal of the state from the responsibility to provide the eligible citizens with good quality higher education at a very reasonable cost. The erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir has long been struggling with developmental challenges exacerbated by its geographical conditions and the conflict for the past 36 years. Characterized by its mountainous terrain, political sensitivities, remote access and cultural diversity; The state of Jammu & Kashmir faces unique strengths and challenges in ensuring inclusive access to higher education and employment opportunities which is critical for economic stability of the region. This study explores the disparities in higher education access and employability in the remote districts of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), India. Despite efforts by governmental and non-governmental organizations, several challenges like socio-cultural, socio-economic, technological-digital access, educational and political challenges still persist. The present research identifies key barriers to development and proposes inclusive strategies to bridge the educational and economic divide, thereby enhancing future prospects for youth in the region. It highlights infrastructural, socio-political, economic, and digital barriers that impede academic progress and employment opportunities. Through qualitative insights and secondary data, the paper proposes strategies to enhance educational equity and employability among youth in these underrepresented areas.

Abstract: The research explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in Montessori education using music-enriched, intelligent learning spaces that support the fundamentals of the pedagogy that include autonomy, sensory engagement, and child-led discovery. Unlike conventional digital learning systems, where the screen and predefined app navigation act as determinants to the flow of learning, this research proposes non-intrusive, tactile, and screenless AI ways acting as a “silent guide” incorporated within classroom resources and activities. AI can collect the data on learner engagement, interaction with music, and preferred sense via sensors and microcontrollers embedded in them without distracting concentration and superseding teacher judgment. Through the data-driven customization like principal component analysis, the study proves the connection between engagement and language development with the improvement of pronunciation and developing expressivity, mainly in music learning. The musical instruments with the customization of pitch, rhythm, and touch, due to the real-time feedback, can individualize the learning path, and the visual representation of data can be utilized by the teachers to make decisions and cooperate with similar organizations worldwide. The ethical aspect of this research is top priority, and most of the focus is on the protection of privacy, inclusiveness in the design of music AI, and avoidance of bias or over-engineering. The study identifies possible risks of digital inequity, cultural homogenization, and ways to mitigate them by using modular, cost-efficient tools and a community-driven design process. The requirements for implementation are technical minimalism, local processing of data, and education of educators within the Montessori philosophy and AI literacy.
