In higher education, employability skills play a crucial role in preparing students for the job market and enhancing their market competitiveness. These skills often referred to as transferable or soft skills are the abilities, knowledge, and personal attributes that enable individuals to succeed in the workplace. They complement technical or hard skills and are highly valued by employers across various industries.
